What is Irish Dance?

Shows like Riverdance and Lord of the Dance are the best example for what Irish Dance offers. But it is not only about shows, Irish Dance trains your body in balance, strength and coordination. Furthermore, it is a team sport. Together with friends you learn new skills every time.
